Former opposition leader Sam Rainsy, now in exile, published content on his website on January 10, referring to a September 2014 audio file that he said was of Prime Minister Hun Sen talking to Khliang Huat about the crackdown on opposition activists fleeing to Thailand, ordering them to work with their allies in Thailand to extradite them back to Cambodia, "dead or alive."
